The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2020 has more vegan options than ever! Explore Disney’s beautiful topiaries and gardens while munching on plant-based snacks all around the park.

Jump To Vegan Options

Gone are the days when you have to ask your server, “Is this vegan?” before eating anything. (Well, at Disney, that is.) Disney makes eating plant-based a breeze! On nearly every menu at the theme park (and at this festival), there is a green leaf next to all of the vegan food options.

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival runs March 4 – June 1, 2020. That’s more than enough time to head over to Epcot and hit all six kiosks that offer vegan options!

Instead of wandering around while keeping an eye out for the outdoor kitchens, grab a Festival Passport!

You can ask a cast member for one of these or find them in the gift shops!

The Festival Passport is your complete guide to the Flower and Garden Festival. Find and check off all of the Disney character topiaries and garden destinations. Sign up for one of the many tours going on, such as the Epcot Gardens of the World Tour. Also, you can see the complete list of musical performances happening at Garden Rocks.

🌱 The Flower and Garden Festival Passport is your guide to plant-based eating at the outdoor kitchens. All of the outdoor kitchens are listed in the passport, and all vegan options will have a green leaf next to them, meaning they are “made without animal, meat, dairy, eggs, or honey.”

Outdoor Kitchens with Vegan Options:

The Flavor Full Kitchen is hosted by Adventhealth and is located in Future World between the Refreshment Port and Imagination.

Vegan Options at Flavor Full Kitchen:

The Pineapple Promenade outdoor kitchen is located at Showcase Plaza near port of entry.

Vegan Options at Pineapple Promenade:

The Trowel & Trellis outdoor kitchen is hosted by Impossible and is located at Showcase Plaza near Disney Traders. This is the only kiosk where ALL FOOD OPTIONS ARE VEGAN!

Vegan Options at Trowel & Trellis:

The Refreshment Outpost is located at the World Showcase at the Outpost.

Vegan Options at the Refreshment Outpost:

The Bauernmarkt outdoor kitchen is located in Germany.

Vegan options at Bauernmarkt:

The Florida Fresh outdoor kitchen is located at the World Showcase between Morocco and France.

Vegan Options at Florida Fresh:

Vegans can participate in the Garden Graze Scavenger Hunt and win a complimentary souvenir! To participate in the scavenger hunt, bring your festival passport with you when you purchase the 5 vegan menu items listed below.

To Complete the Garden Graze, purchase these 5 Vegan Menu Items:

Make sure you ask to have your Festival Passport stamped when you purchase these items. Once you have tried all five of these plant-based snacks, bring your stamped Festival Passport to Pineapple Promenade to get a free souvenir cup!

If you’re visiting the Flower & Garden Festival, you’re going to do quite a bit of snacking. Instead of getting a new plastic fork or spoon for each outdoor kitchen, reduce the amount of plastic waste by purchasing a Spike the Bee Spork!

This reusable spork is available for purchase at select outdoor kitchens. By choosing to use a reusable utensil, you’ll help reduce the need for single-use plastics, so snack sustainably!

The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2020 has more vegan options than ever!
