  • 1 cup pecans raw

Oven Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place raw pecans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake the pecans for 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they get close to being done, as they can burn quickly. Once done, remove and allow to cool.

Stovetop Method

  • Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add in the raw pecans, and stir and toss them continuously for about 5 minutes (or until fragrant and slightly darker in color). Remove and allow to cool.

How to Store Toasted Pecans

  • Once the pecans have cooled, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a month.
