Preheat oven to 475°F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
In one bowl, combine the plant-based milk and the flour and mix well (It should form a paste). In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, seasonings, and olive oil.
Cut the tofu into small strips about ⅓" thick. The strips should be as long as the shorter side of the block of tofu.
One by one, dip the tofu strips into the plant-milk paste and then coat with the bread crumb mixture.*
Place all of the tofu fries on the greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with your favorite vegan dipping sauces!
Notes
* After dipping the tofu in the plant-milk paste, let some of the liquid drip off. When coating with the breadcrumbs, press the crumbs into the paste to coat it as much as possible.
