Difference Between Deodorant and Antiperspirant:

Deodorant and antiperspirant, while used interchangeably, are two different things. Deodorant protects against odor, and antiperspirant protects against sweat and odor. So, if you want to prevent underarm wetness, go with an antiperspirant.

Aluminum is the main active ingredient that reduces sweat. A natural deodorant will not contain aluminum or any other harsh chemicals; it will simply help keep odor under control without reducing the amount of sweat.
